Recycled content is usually a negotiation between what a policy demands and what the film still has to survive. Owning the extruder is what lets us settle it properly.
We run 100% recycled LDPE, 100% virgin, and 30% recycled content as standard, plus other blends on request. Where a specification calls for a particular percentage to satisfy a customer, a tender or the Plastic Packaging Tax, we can extrude to it.
Recycled content changes how film behaves — strength, clarity and consistency all move. We would rather trial a blend and show you the result than quote a percentage and let you discover it at the filling head.
