A reel of film is not a product. Conversion is where a specification becomes something that can be filled, sealed and sold — and where most packaging problems actually show up.

We convert to side weld, bottom weld and bag on roll, cored or coreless, at gauges from 25 to 250 micron depending on the material. Sizes are made to your requirement rather than picked from a standard range.

Because extrusion and conversion sit on one site, a seal problem is a walk to the next machine rather than a conversation with a supplier. If a format needs the film changing, both ends of the job are ours to move.
