Fusionpac Ltd is a British manufacturer of water-soluble PVA film and flexible packaging, and the parent company of Godman Angling and Castaway PVA.
The group exists because too much of this material used to arrive in the UK from a long way away, with a long lead time and nobody to ask when it behaved oddly. We decided to make it here instead, with our own name on the specification.

We are proud to manufacture in Britain, and it is a commercial decision as much as a patriotic one. Producing here keeps skilled jobs and supplier spend in the UK economy, shortens the distance between a problem and the person who can fix it, and means our customers are not exposed to a supply chain they cannot see.
In practice that means shorter lead times, smaller minimums than an importer can offer, material you can trace to a batch, and a factory you are welcome to walk around before you commit to anything.
Extrusion, conversion, print and finishing under our control, so quality is not something we hope a supplier maintains.
Technical questions go to the people who run the line, not an account manager relaying a guess.
Samples, trials and test records before an order. If the material is wrong, we would rather find out early.
A short history
PVA products for carp anglers, developed and tested by a dedicated angling team in Lincolnshire.
An established retail PVA name brought in, backed by our own manufacturing and stock.
The manufacturing parent incorporated, bringing film production, quality and development under one roof.

Our quality management system is accredited to ISO 9001 and applied across the group, not just one product line. Processes are documented, batches are traceable, and test records exist for the material you receive.
