Extrusion is where every other decision gets made. Gauge, blend, additives and colour are all fixed on the line — which is why we would rather own that line than buy the output of somebody else's.
We run narrow extruders from 30mm right up to 2400mm as centre-folded film, in gauges from 25 to 250 micron. Blends run from 100% virgin LDPE through 30% recycled content to 100% recycled, and we will mix to a different ratio if the application calls for it.
Additives are specified per job rather than per catalogue: slip, anti-block, anti-static, chalk, EVA, linear LDPE, processing aid and UV. Colour can be tinted or solid. Because the extruder is ours, a change of blend is a production decision rather than a purchase order.

A short run on the production extruder, not a bench rig, so what you approve is what production will actually give you.
Gauge, width, tolerance and blend fixed in writing. Print plates and conversion tooling commissioned against it.
